Can One Janlok Pal able to deliver to 120 cr people

I appeal to all the people of India whether we want to surrender our democratic power to the same bureaucratic system who till now incompetent, inefficient and unable to deliver services upto aspirations and need of the people. Do we realy need one more bureaucratic setup ?.

With numerous law and adequate infrastructure in the hand of judiciary is it able to stop crime or criminals in the society.

To stop corruption we have to change our mindset we have to change of NATIONAL CHARACTER of getting work done through SHORT CUT, so I appeal to each concerned who want to eradicate and stop corruption in the bureaucratic system please don't pay BRIBE TO GET YOUR WORK DONE.

We have RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT together with Citizen Charter we can bring Transperancy and force Bureaucratic system to Perform.

Just because of few disgruntle people in the guise of corruption, wants to compromise our democratic system, and want to concentrate all the constitutional power in the hand of one more bureaucrat, with so much in the hand of individual how can we assure he will deliver and not lead to DICTATORSHIP.

Whats the need of Lokpal or JanLokpal ?

Whats the need of LOKPAL or JANLOK PAL ? How they can stop breeding corruption and clean system and first place.

Anna Hazare and his team wants to change democratic nature of our constitution to bureaucratic one which ultimately leads to dictatorship, with so much concentration of power in one hand.

We have independent judiciary to punish the culprit and to establish law of land.

If there are draw backs in the system we have to revamp and reform the system. By compromising democratic power and delegating power to the same corrupt bureaucratic system  we cannot win the war against corruption. We have to make our institution accountable to the aspiration and demand of the citizen. In present days of economic liberalization there are abuse of money power in the hand of disgruntle element who wants to hijack democracy.

We have Right to Information Act, Citizen Charter, these together brings TRANSPARENCY and we can force the bureaucratic system to perform. We can make Judiciary accountable to the each and every citizen through judicial reform. To stop abuse of political power there must be electoral reform.
